This document contains the following information: Industrial Development Act 1982: annual report by the Secretaries of State for Trade and Industry, Scotland and Wales, the First Minister of the Scottish Parliament and the First Secretary of the National Assembly for Wales for the year ended 31 March 2000.

The annual report under the Industrial Development Act 1982 on the assisted areas in the UK. As a result of devolution some powers under the Act have been excercised by the First Minister of the Scottish Parliament and the First Secretary of the National Assembly for Wales.
