Details

On 10 November 2025, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (“OFSI”), part of HM Treasury, imposed a penalty of £160,000 on a UK registered company, Bank of Scotland Plc (“Bank of Scotland”), in accordance with section 146 of the Policing and Crime Act (“PACA”) 2017. Bank of Scotland is a subsidiary of the Lloyds Banking Group (“LBG”).
