Details

On 19 March 2026, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (“OFSI”), part of HM Treasury, imposed a penalty of £390,000 on Apple Distribution International Limited (“ADI”), an entity incorporated in the Republic of Ireland and a subsidiary of the US technology company Apple Inc, in accordance with section 146 of the Policing and Crime Act (“PACA”) 2017.
