Details

This guidance sets out how to request a review if you have been named under The Counter-Terrorism (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 made under section 1 of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 (c.13).

Section 23 enables a person who has been designated under a designation power contained in regulations (a designated person) to request variation or revocation of the designation.
