1. Key changes for 2008/09 New Entrants
1.1 Maintenance Grant
For new English domiciled students attending a full-time course from September 2008 the household income thresholds for Maintenance Grant support were revised. The income threshold for full grant entitlement was increased from £18,360 for students who started their courses before 2008/09 to £25,000 for new students. The income threshold for the minimum partial grant was increased from £39,305 to £60,005.
