Details

This guidance is for individuals and organisations who currently lobby representatives of government or are planning to do so. It is intended to help these organisations to understand whether they are required to join the statutory Register of Consultant Lobbyists as established by the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014.

The guidance should also be used to understand what information must be declared on the Register and at what point an individual or organisation should apply to join the Register under the Act.
