Details

DECC and the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) have worked together to produce the attached joint guidance for Green Deal Providers which outlines the circumstances in which Providers should suspend the collection of payments upon receipt of a disclosure and acknowledgment complaint.

Section 7.2 of the Green Deal Provider Guidance and Section 4.7 of the Guidance on Green Deal Sanctions and Appeals will be updated to reflect this policy in due course.
