This document updates the guidance on affordability assessments that can be found in Annex 1 of the Green Deal Provider Guidance (pages 108-109). This guidance has been produced in conjunction with the Office of Fair Trading and applies solely to Green Deal Plans which will be regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
