The 2021 GSE profession strategy sets out the profession’s priorities for the future and how the profession will support its people to reach the new GSE vision: ‘making a real difference through government science and engineering’.
The strategy includes objectives and case studies for 6 work themes:
- expertise
- interchange
- inclusivity
- learning and development
- talent and leadership
