Advice and technical guidance to accompany The Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022.

This advice and guidance is intended for use by researchers and developers who want to do research field trials with ‘qualifying higher plants’ (QHPs). The guidance explains the types of genetic changes that can result in a QHP and gives examples to show how key criteria might be applied.
