I confirm that the information requested is held and has been inputted into the table below.

| 2) If different percentage increases were applied to different grades, pay bands, or employee groups, please provide the percentage increase applicable to each. | Employees received an average 3.25% pay increase in 2025, unless they are near or at the top of their pay band, then a reduced or zero increase is applied to ensure pay band thresholds aren’t breached. |
| 3) The date on which the pay award was formally implemented. | The pay award was approved for implementation on 10 October 2025. |
| 4) If the pay award was backdated, please provide: The effective date from which the pay increase was backdated. The date on which the backdated payment was made to employees. |
