This request was for copies of communications relating to the UnitingCare Partnership and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG contract and its negotiations up to and including April 2015.

The request asks for communications involving the chair and chief executive of Monitor and the chairs, chief executives and accountable officers of the following organisations:

  • Cambridge and Peterborough CCG
  • Cambridge University Hospitals Foundation Trust
  • Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust
  • NHS England

NHSI held information within the scope of the request and decided to withhold it on the applicability of section 36 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
