NHS Improvement released the latest data on the number of shifts exceeding the price caps; provided the results from three surveys completed in 2016 indicating the degree of change to the number of vacant shifts at trusts; and provided survey results on the impact of the price caps on workforce, expenditure, quality and protected characteristics.
