This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management, control and governance at Swinton High School.

On 1 March 2018, Swinton High School became part of the Co-operative Academies Trust, and was renamed the Co-op Academy Swinton. The conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.

The obligation to repay the recoverable funding the trust received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency now rests with the Co-operative Academies Trust.
