This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management, control and governance at the Dominic Barberi Multi Academy Company.
On 1 January 2021 Dominic Barberi Multi Academy Company academies transferred to Pope Francis Multi Academy Company. The conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.
The obligation to repay the recoverable funding the trust received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency now rests with Pope Francis Multi Academy Company.
