This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management and controls at Chapel Street Community Schools Trust.
In April and May 2020, 6 of the 7 schools in Chapel Street Community Schools Trust transferred to new multi-academy trusts. The 7th school closed in August 2020 and on 6 September 2021 the trust entered a creditors voluntary liquidation.
The liquidation of the trust means that the conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.
