Details

The Wales Office does not routinely undertake Equality Impact Assessments as it is not a policy commissioning department. However, it has conducted this one Equality Impact Assessment in relation to a temporary move of staff to alternative premises whilst structural work was carried out at Gwydyr House.

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act gives the public the right to ask any public body for all the information they have on any subject. The organisation must provide this information within a month, unless they have a valid reason not to.
