The English Housing Survey (EHS) models the potential for energy efficiency improvements in the housing stock. This report describes changes made to the methodology to make it more aligned with the methodology used for modelling the potential for improvements for Energy Performance Certificates (SAP 2012 and RdSAP 9.92).
