We were asked for information on discrimination cases.
We have one employment tribunal with claims of discrimination during the period 1 June 2008-10 in terms of race and discrimination (although the latter was withdrawn before the Tribunal commenced). No payments were made nor were the claimant’s legal costs paid in relation to the claims of discrimination.
