On 08 September 2025 the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (“OFSI”), part of HM Treasury, issued this report in accordance with s149(3) of the Policing and Crime Act 2017 (“PACA”) against Vanquis Bank Limited (“VBL”) for breaching regulations 11 and 12 of the Counter-Terrorism (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (“the Regulations”). OFSI refers to the use of this power as Disclosure.
