Details

DBT is establishing comprehensive, appropriate and proportionate monitoring and evaluation coverage across all policies and programmes. Hence, DBT commissioned Frontier Economics to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for the Investment Transformation Programme.

We will use this framework as a basis for monitoring and evaluating the Investment Transformation Programme to:

  • measure the performance, effectiveness and efficacy of the programme
  • make recommendations and improvements to the programme
  • optimise delivery of investment promotion services in DBT

This report outlines the basis to this approach and includes the following elements:
