Details

Sections 213 to 264 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (‘the CDPA’) relate to the UK’s unregistered Design right. Later laws have amended these parts of the CDPA, including:

  1. Olympic Symbol etc (Protection) Act 1995.
  2. Intellectual Property Act 2014.
