Review to analyse DECC’s pay system to provide assurance that it is free from bias in terms of gender, age and working pattern.



Where any basic pay gaps are found, potential contributing factors are investigated and recommendations have been suggested to enable the issues to be resolved, or to identify further work to fully understand the underlying factors.
