Details

In 2011 the government approved a continuous improvement strategy for all central government departments, requiring them to introduce and embed continuous improvement principles.

This strategy sets out how we will become a better department and captures some of the wide spread achievements from across the department and our arms length bodies. It also outlines where we are determined to demonstrate further success as an effective champion of continuous improvement.
