This privacy notice is for anyone who has dealings with the Department for Business & Trade (DBT) in connection with a financial product provided under the COVID-19 loan schemes (including convertible loan products). It includes the following schemes delivered by the British Business Bank (BBB):

  • Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS
  • Coronavirus Large Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CLBILS)
  • Bounce Back Loan Scheme (BBLS)
  • Recovery Loan Scheme (RLS)
  • Future Fund (FF)

  1. Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has been changed to Department for Business and Trade (DBT).

  2. The Future Fund has been added to the list of coronavirus schemes covered by this privacy notice.

  3. Clarified Bounce Back Loan Scheme requirement to report and publish information about individual aid exceeding €100,000, or exceeding €10,000 if the borrower operates in the agriculture or fisheries sectors.
