Details
The COVID-19 Additional Relief Fund (CARF) is a £1.5 billion fund designed to help businesses not eligible for other business rates reliefs to deal with the effects of the pandemic. The Retail, Hospitality and Leisure (RHL) relief scheme supports eligible retail, hospitality and leisure properties.
