On 25 January 2018, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) began a consultation on a draft National Policy Statement on geological disposal infrastructure.

This document is CoRWM’s response to the consultation.

CoRWM finalised its response at a plenary meeting in March, and had developed it through correspondence, subgroup meetings and attendance at 7 consultation workshops held by BEIS.
