Closed consultation that invited views on a number of specific issues on the desirability of extending the concept of unfairness in consumer contracts in the Consumer Rights Directive. Covers charges which are objectively difficult for an ordinary person in practice to assess effectively when reaching their decision as to whether to enter a contract.
