Details
Please disclose the number of compromise agreements your organisation has reached with former staff in each of the past 10 financial years. For each year, if possible please disclose the number of these agreements containing any kind of confidentiality clause. Please also disclose the total value of settlement payments relating to compromise agreements in each of the past 10 years.
We replied:
We hold no information prior to financial year 2009-10 but we can confirm that no compromise agreements have been reached with former staff since then.
