The Conde nast Publications Limited objected to the name used by Vogue Academy Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 22 October 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Vogue Academy Limited is changed to 08935656 Limited.
