L’Oreal S.A. objected to the name used by Vichy Laboratories under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 16 June 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Vichy Laboratories Ltd is changed to 06726587 Ltd.
