Applicant Rolls-Royce PLC objected to the name used by UK Rolsroyche Stock Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

On the 27 May 2015 the adjudicator gave notice under 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of UK Rolsroyche Stock Ltd Limited is changed to 09082020 limited.
