Rolls-Royce plc objected to the name used by UK Rolls-Royce Stock Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 23 April 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of UK Rolls-Royce Stock Ltd is changed to 08576239 Limited.
