Toshiba Corporation objected to the name used by Toshiba Info Systems UK Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 26 November 2014, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Toshiba Info Systems UK Limited are changed to 08610407 Limited.
