Perkins Holdings Limited & Caterpillar Inc objected to the name used by Super Perkins General Trading Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 21 July 2014, adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Super Perkins General Trading Limited is changed to 08339910 Limited.
