Siemens Aktiengesellschaft objected to the name used by Siemens (China) Health Equipment Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 30 September, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Siemens (China) Health Equipment Limited is changed to 08938308 Limited.
