Saab AB objected to the name used by Saab Ventures Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 1 May 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Saab Ventures Ltd is changed to 08399351 Ltd.
