Optionsxpress Inc objected to the name used by Optionsxpress Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On 21 July 2014 the adjudicator hereby gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Optionsxpress Limited is changed to 07670616 Limited.
