Intel Corporation objected to the name used by Leadship Intel Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 28 April 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Leadship Intel Limited is changed to 08748373 Limited.
