Oracle America Inc objected to the name used by Javastauncher Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 6 March 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Javastauncher Ltd is changed to 08384381 Ltd.
