Oracle America, Inc objected to the name used by Javasofsol Private Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 17 November 2014, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Javasofsol Private Limited is changed to 08987870 Limited.
