Oracle America Inc objected to the name used by Java Win Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 6 October 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Java Win Limited is changed to 08911028 Limited.
