Oracle America, Inc objected to the name used by Java Blue Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On 27 August 2014 the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Java Blue Ltd is changed to 08856916 Ltd.
