Intel Corporation objected to the name used by Intelhose UK Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 7 January 2015, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Intelhose UK Limited are changed to 08991564 Limited.
