Intel Corporation objected to the name used by Intelact Business Services Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

On the 2 February 2015, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Intelact Business Services Ltd is changed to 09047362 Limited.
