Intel Corporation objected to the name used by Intel Prop Holdings Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 3 February 2015, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Intel Prop Holdings Limited is changed to 09090684 Limited.
