Applicant Intel Corporation objected to the name used by Intel Invest Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

The decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

Signed order

On 14 October 2015, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Intel Invest Limited is changed to 09506339 Ltd.

Additional signed order

On 22 October 2015 the company name was changed by special resolution to Intelinvest Limited, which is contrary to the decision of 19 August 2015.
