Intel Corporation objected to the name used by Intel Capital Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 26 November 2014, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Intel Capital Ltd is changed to 09018362 Ltd.
