FIL Limited objected to the name used by Fidelity Invest Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On 8 July 2014 the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Fidelity Invest Ltd is changed to 08824339 Ltd.
