EDF Energy Plc objected to the name used by EDF Solutions Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 12 March 2014, the adjudicator gives notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of EDF Solution Limited is changed to 06133309 Limited.
